Our Mobile Home is a 2003 2 Bedroom Atlas Central Living Unit set on a nice large plot in a quiet alley. Included in the sale is all fixures and fittings including the garden equipment eg table, chairs, parasol.
It has excellent potential for a rental income, we have 2 confirmed bookings for this year already.
We have paid the Site Fees for this year 2009 also.
