I need a suitable building with 700-850 sq ft floor area that i can sound proof, as i will be setting up a new recording studio.
Therefore i must be allowed to alter the internal layout and the building MUST be empty e.g. no machinery etc. left in it and have electricity/phone services.
I live just outside of cambridge so will consider anything possible. it should also be accessable by public transport easily. |
